Team ARA는 개인사업자 기반의 소규모 AI 영상 프로덕션이자, 프로젝트별 전문 크리에이터들이 결합하는 크리에이티브 크루입니다. 

기획, AI 영상 제작, 편집, 사운드, PV 구성까지 하나의 IP를 소수의 정예 인원으로 제작하는 올인원 제작 체계를 지향합니다. 

Team ARA is a sole proprietorship-based, boutique AI video production studio and a creative crew where specialized creators unite on a project-by-project basis.
We pursue an all-in-one production system, where a lean, elite team handles the entire lifecycle of a single IP—from planning and AI video generation to editing, sound design, and promotional video (PV) composition.

AIGC는 클릭 한 번으로 영상을 생성하는 단순한 기술이 아닙니다. 

물리적인 피사체를 촬영하는 기존 실사 제작과 달리, AIGC는 창작자의 아이디어와 통찰을 바탕으로 씬(Scene)의 형상을 직접 설계하고 구현하는, 3D CGI 방식에 가깝습니다. 

따라서 실제 콘텐츠 제작을 위해서는 장면 설계, 에셋 유지, 컷 흐름, 편집 리듬을 통합적으로 관리하는 정교한 공정이 필수적입니다. 

Team ARA의 리드 디렉터 Sona는 AIGC의 이러한 성격에 착안하여, 오랜 3D 애니메이션 제작 경험을 바탕으로 기존 레거시 3D 스튜디오의 복잡한 공정을 AIGC에 맞게 실전 압축했습니다.

AIGC is far more than just generating videos with one click. Moving away from live-action shoots of physical subjects, AIGC functions like 3D CGI—building and shaping scenes directly from the creator's vision and insight.
To deliver actual content, it requires a highly precise process that seamlessly controls scene design, asset maintenance, cut flows, and editing rhythm.
Driven by this philosophy, Team ARA's Lead Director Sona took years of 3D animation expertise and condensed the intricate pipeline of legacy 3D studios into an optimized AIGC workflow.

Sona는 AIGC 숏드라마 인하우스 제작 현장에서 해당 파이프라인을 적용하며, 30~40분 이상의 러닝타임을 가진 프로젝트를 완수한 실무 경험을 보유하고 있습니다. 

Team ARA의 파이프라인은 단순한 생성 자동화가 아니라, 장면 설계·에셋 유지·컷 흐름·편집 리듬을 통합 관리하는 AIGC 제작 시스템이며 통찰하는 제작자의 안목은 이 공정의 핵심입니다.

Sona has successfully deployed this pipeline in real-world AIGC short-drama productions, holding the hands-on expertise of completing long-form projects with over 30 to 40 minutes of total runtime.
